Training & Development
Drop will provide training to employees and other staff members as it relates to people with disabilities as needed and includes the AODA requirements of the Customer Service Standard, Drop’s Accessibility Policies and how to communicate with people with various types of disabilities. Drop will post our Accessibility Policy for all employees internally and ensure they have reviewed it.
